gain hope and achieve the highest level of mental, social and physical wellness.
We hope to achieve this goal by providing quality care and services that are consistent
with, or exceed, the best practices in the behavioral health field.
Our services exhibit appreciation of the worth and dignity of every
individual. We recognize individual autonomy and we support each client's
right to determine his or her personal goals. We strive to provide an atmosphere
of warmth, hope and fulfillment. It is our intent to create an environment
that builds and preserves the personal dignity of each individual, whether
consumer or staff.
We endeavor to contribute to the health and welfare of the larger community
by continually assessing present and future community needs, and applying
our resources to help meet these needs. We will render care at the best possible
value to the clients we serve. We believe that each member of the team shall
contribute to the establishment of goals for Front St. Inc. and to the planning
necessary for the attainment and maintenance of those goals in a changing
society.
Each member of Front St. Inc., beginning with the Executive Leadership Team,
accepts the obligation to adhere to established standards of practice and
ethical conduct within their particular scope of practice. We believe that
company personnel are capable of, and responsible for, assuming a wide range
of leadership roles relating to client care, Front St. Inc., and the community.
To these ends, the Ownership and Leadership Team will support, with knowledge,
resources, time and enthusiasm, the growth of the entire staff.
