Willowbrook, located in the rolling hills outside Watsonville, is one of several programs operated by Front St. Inc., has an opening for a Residential Counselor.

Counselors provide, but are not limited to:
• Care and supervision to residents
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Assistance with hygiene and grooming
• Assistance with self-administered medication
• Ensuring compliance with medication policies and procedures
Front St. settles for nothing less than superior care of its clients, making Residential Counselors a pivotal role in the facility. Front St. is looking for responsible, independent, and enthusiastic employees who thrive on assisting and caring for others.
Qualifications:
• Having and maintaining a good driving record
• Able to pass fingerprint clearance
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to assist and encourage learning individuals
Compensation starts at $10.50 /hour.
Holiday, sick, and vacation time included. Health benefits available.
After first year of employment, 401k with an employer match.
