Clinical Supervisor
at Drake House in Monterey
Drake House, a residential care facility for the elderly serving older adults recovering from mental health diagnoses, is looking for an experienced social worker to be a part of its clinical team.
The qualified candidate will have experience working with this population and will have demonstrated abilities in helping people on their path to recovery thrive in a residential setting. Duties will generally include providing clinical supervision and trainings for on-site staff, weekly individual and group supervision for social work trainees and interns, and providing support and clinical treatment for residents. This is a full-time. Salary will be based upon experience a nd qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a MSW degree from an accredited school/ MSW Program of Social Work and a minimum of two years practice experience following the degree. Meet BBSE requirements for Clinical Social Work Supervisor. Experience working with the elderly and with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Experience facilitating training in topics related to aging and mental illness.
