Drake House, our 49-bed residential care facility for the elderly is recruiting for a Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisory position. The facility is located at 399 Drake Avenue in Monterey. This is a full-time position.

In this position you will provide or arrange for all maintenance, repairs and clean-up of buildings, equipments, furniture and grounds as require. Manage staff in the housekeeping department. Performs housekeeping duties as needed

Will be working on all minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry and related work. Will be ordering materials and producing work order and reports. Must have and maintain a good driving record.
