Company Events

Last week we said to goodbye to our vice president, Gary Butler, after 13 years with the Front St. family. His service to the company has been indispensable. And while it certainly feels like a loss to see him go, we're thrilled that it's for good reason: Gary and his wife will be opening their own independent bookstore!
While he may no longer be working out of our Main Office, he will not be far. Make sure to check out Gary's new store in Capitola at 881 41st. Avenue.

Gary, we are so excited for you and your new adventure. We wish you all the best!

Front St. Inc. is pleased to announce our new leadership team. Congratulations to Amy McCabe and Natalie D'Attile on your new positions! After 18 years with the company, we are proud to call Amy our new President. And with 15 years with Front St. in a billing and accounting capacity we are thrilled that Natalie will be our new Financial Controller. Amy and Natalie are joined with our newly named Vice President, JP Butler; our Director of Housing and Human Services, Brad Pilkington (formerly HR Manager); and our CEO and founder, Ann Butler.

From the entire Front St. community: congratulations on your new roles!

The Front St. online makeover is making its debut! Let us know what you think using the "Contact Us" form.

Front St. Inc. historically participates in a Winter and holiday themed annual craft fair. The fair consists of lovely crafts, food and gifts that have been created by current residents and are available for purchase, with all profits being paid to the participants. While the pandemic has unfortunately halted our 2020 Craft Fair, we will surely be back next year with more of the wonderful treats and trinkets our community holds so dear.

Community Events

Typically around this time, our parks, beaches, restaurants and shopping are bustling with popular Santa Cruz destinations consistently drawing large crowds (try getting lot parking at Marianne's Ice Cream downtown!).

We will continue to keep our team up to date with all health guidelines, restrictions, and recommendations.

Provided by the Caravana de Agradecimiento al Campesino de Watsonville and the City of Watsonville, the YouTube video BELOW and on our HOME PAGE provides parents with helpful information regarding getting their students - and themselves - ready to go back to school. The +4 minute video shares info for parents on utilizing email correspondence, how to use QR codes, ensuring the safety of children's online presence, and some encouraging feedback from PVUSD students.
